Bad treatment to the employees, they don't pay in time.EDIT: About the answer they published, this is not about me. I have two friends that have worked for this company, and the employer told them time to time that he was going to pay them next week, and then the next, and so on. At the end they got tired of waiting and quit.There are messages and audios of the employer, insulting them and being rude. Very unprofessional and suspicious.

Avoid this service. They are truly unprofessional and I suggest not using it. I’ve booked a cleaning for my truck, they didn’t come to my location so I’ve had to drive 60km where their cleaner was already working, and what is more terrible is that they didn’t come prepared for the job, so the cleaner left with the explanation that he can’t do the job. I’ve asked for my appointment to be booked again because my truck lost a day of work, and they’ve cancelled my already existing appointment. I’ve asked a full refund, and I suggest that nobody should use this service.EDIT: Regarding the reply comment that they've posted, I have emails as proof that I've asked if they offer a service for bugs and they replied that they don't offer that service but they will do some treatment but not guarantee that will work, so I've accepted that. Not that only their service is AWFUL , also they are lying. What a great company :)
