Not enough staff on prescriptions on the weekend so you may have a long wait. However, once you get served then the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Helt sjukt långsam personal! Tog de en halvtimma att hjälpa tre personer hämta ut sin medicin. Skulle vara snabbar om jag hade gått till ett annat ställe.

As an international student and today is my first time looking for medicine in a pharmacy in Sweden, I have a good experience here. Thank you to the red-short-hair woman staff who assisted me to get my medicine. She is helpful and friendly. She also answered clearly and straightforwardly, so I didn't waste my time here. This pharmacy definitely has good service quality.

My wife bought an item for under a dollar. Clerk asked for her New York ID number (?) along with a signature. It seemed like a bit much for a $.97 purchase. We haven't experienced that level of scrutiny anywhere else in Stockholm. We asked for an explanation, but are still seriously curious about why all of this information should be necessary to purchase a pocket-sized hand sanitizer. My wife is not white, and I can't help but wonder if this has to do with the contrasting treatment she received.

Very kind and helpful staff and most of the sections are written in English so if you don't speak Swedish, you will find what you need in English
