The product itself is very pretty. That’s the only good thing really. The CO2 cylinders can’t be returned to get a discount on the next one, at least not in Ireland, but you can just use the soda stream canisters which you can return for a discount. I recently wanted to replace my AARKE bottle, bought it from the large appliance store nearby who stock AARKE. . Brought it home and washed it then found out it doesn’t fit the the machine. In their wisdom, AARKE has brought out a new “Pro” version with totally different bottles. Now I have a useless bottle at home. Also, you cannot use flavour before you carbonate the water, only after, unlike the soda stream. AARKE is all style and no substance, save your money and get a soda stream.

Tried to order one machine and their site continued to error out. It wound up ordering three. They quickly responded and intercepted 2 of the 3 packages, but never gave us our money back. We now have Amex involved and have sent them emails, but they don't respond to either. They basically scammed us out of $500.

Ordered Carbonator 3, four flavours and Co2 cylinders before Christmas and just got my full order as of yesterday, over six weeks later. They lost my first order and then it took them a month to resend my order, only when they sent that the Co2 was missing. I had to wait another two weeks for that. All this while experiencing the worst customer service. No responses to numerous requests for information during the whole process. Save yourself the hassle and get your fizzy water machine elsewhere.

Nicest Carbonator on the market.. even got two.. one at home.. one for the shop.. great customer care!!! had a problem with my 1st gen. bottles.. sent an email.. got a reply immediately and they replaced both bottles!!! thank you

Your customer service has not understood the company's values correctly, or you are making false promises on your website to promote your brand. A brand must have a minimum of consistency between speech and behaviour. According to your website, Quality that last & Sustainability" are your main concerns. I'm just asking for a simple spare part that may cost almost nothing

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Like some other customers i had quality issues with the old version of the PET Bottles (metal bottom has loosened) and therefore received a voucher for new bottles.
