I received Hypnotherapy here for the first time for biting my nails and fingers. I had just one session and stopped the habit! That was three years ago now and I have never bitten them again.Io, the therapist, was fantastic. She made me feel really at ease and the whole experience felt like I was in control all the time.Highly recommended. I’ve since been back and received help with sleeping problems and worry, which has also been very effective. I was surprised that I only needed a few sessions. Io, The therapist, basically teaches you how to hypnotise yourself so you have your self cure forever! I would recommend it to anyone.
