Jag försökte hjälpa min hjärtsjuka far med familj med uppehälle i en mycket svår situation. LG Söderbergs ser det som olovlig andrahandsuthyrning. Min far med familj är nu hemlösa då kommunen inte har möjlighet att hjälpa till, till följd av hög belastning på välfärden. Hjärtlösheten och oförståelsen från denna hyresvärd är öronbedövande. Men de har agerat helt rätt enligt kontraktet. Dock ger det mig en skrämmande reflektion om mänsklighetens råhet.

Upon moving in, I was told that the place will be cleared out, cleaned and the old cabinets will be changed and the wall will be repainted. We were surprised that none of these were done. (I only saw the place via video from precious tenant)The place is very smelly (the pipes! OMG!) and they did not treat us well. I asked to retract this contract since I have yet to move in. But they ignored my request and did not consider our welfare at all. Considering I have an old age elderly, unable to withstand too much inconveniences, the steps at the entrance were not handicap friendly, the place is disgusting and very noisy with the train sound. (we were unaware of these as we only saw the video) I had paid three months without staying there from day 1 due to the contract binding before moving in. The painters contractors only wanted to paint the place upon the 3rd month. What a joke.Do do your due dilligence before considering getting their property or even renting. There is no need for defensive if you are not sincere to rectify the lack of responsibility from your estate management. We reached out to you before and told you about this but nothing has been done. I had paid full 3 months without even staying there from day 1 due to contract binding. I have reached our to you and nothing was done. We are very disappointed and disgusted. Hence, I put this in record in Google for everyone to read this before they consider doing so with you. I have written an email to you and I would like to know if your intent is to do a recovery of service or a defensive approach. I would appreciate if someone could understand my stand here and reply me. Only when the situation has been fairly rectify then I /we will change my stand about your firm.
