They have really good delivery service. I have been ordering products from this site almost 2 years.However nowadays there product prices are 20% higher than Indian Groceries and Indian Supermarket store products.When you buy the products please check the expiry dates.

I see that the prices are much higher than local Indian stores. Sometimes even 50% more.

Current review: I have placed an order and received a call last evening before the delivery that the delivery person is reaching in 8mins. I was sick and asked if he can leave it outside the door, he said yes and climbed two stairs up and left it outside my door. Small act of kindness is all that matters. A big thank you to the delivery person!Old review:(from 6months ago)Please check your products expiry after the delivery. I have got expired products twice and alongside have received the products which are nearing to the expiry date. Quality of products is not the same as before years.The products ordered are not part of clearance sale!!

Items are fine, no problem.Worst customer support. They send messages like they are talking to a friend. Unprofessional.Inconvenient delivery service. They always try to put the blame on you.

You made up a new policy of not delivering in suburbs , i have proof that for many months it was delivered without any charge. But now as I have seen rates of Indian stores in Hjalmar I am not interested in any of your overpriced items. Your reply to customers suggest the pathetic customer experience you offer. The prices as compared to other Indian/oriental stores are double. There is one in Hjalmar , you go there and compare yourself. Better buy there: this spice on wheels has now made delivery for 1000 sek worth of items just all of sudden, previous months this was not the policy. Than why buy such expensive grocery with such expensive conditions. This online store is everything opposite, despite being an e-commerce it’s expensive and inconvenient. I wish I give them Zero.

I recently had a fasting during Ramadan and I have ordered few things for the iftar and requested in WhatsApp for the same day delivery. They managed to to deliver the items that I have ordered before iftar and at the right time. Really appreciate this kind of help and quick responses in WhatsApp chat.

Now the price of products is getting high each and every month. But their delivery service is good.

A place to get Native brands and products from Red rice to all sorts of millets. Snack to cool Drinks. Excellent Delivery. Well packed. Reasonable price. Never had difficulty to make Indian food at home. I stopped bringing spices from India. Thanks Spiceonwheels.se
