After I left they sent me pictures of fake damages and dust everywhere. I told them I had complained about all those damages before moving in and obviously dust will build up through time after I left the apartment. But they charged me for everything. Evil company.

Bad experience with them.The contact with the landlord and the treatment is extremely unpleasant. Feels very much like a scam. When you move out, you have to clean the apartment which I did for multiple days very thoroughly. I got proof that it was clean from multiple people and photos. But they charged me the maximum amount for cleaning (about 2000 SEK). Not recommended!

Är utan tvekan den sämsta hyresvärden jag har haft. Skulle hellre vara hemlös än att bo hos podium igen.

Har bott hos Podium 1,5 år nu, har inte haft några problem. Snabba på att åtgärda fel samt sköter fastigheten konstant (trägården, gräsmattan, trappuppgången).
