Basteviken stugby

Vi bodde i en av de äldsta stugorna som inte ännu renoverats. Hade stugan varit renoverad hade det blivit 5 stjärnor.

So where to start…..Nord Koster is a car-free beautiful island on the northern west coast of Sweden. About an hour on a ferry from Strömstad. We spent a week at Basteviken Stugby in cabin 25. We were greeted by the Mette as we arrived and had our bags brought up to the cabin by the golf cart. It’s a short 8 minute walk to the compound. Cabin was supposedly newly renovated…….appliances were nice, plenty of space but very dirty. Comforters were so stained that we did t even want to touch them, most of the windows could not be opened since we needed a key to open them. We asked for one, several times, but never got one. Master bed was broken and had a huge stain covered up by a huge piece of wood….there was a small bakery cafe next door that offered great bread and sandwiches. We would definitely come back to the Koster islands but plan further in advance and stay at a place as nice and beautiful as the Islands. Basteviken cabin 25 is not that place and I would not recommend staying there.

Bastes var vi på. Nyöppnat café o butik. Åt goda frasiga våfflor o fick påtår på kaffet. Väldigt bra service till och med till de som hade hund med sig, de fick vatten. Fantastisk utsikt över kosterfår o havet på håll.

Feriert i Hytte 4 flere ganger, koselig innredning, flott utsikt, fantastisk natur!Kjempebra. Basteviken Stugby og vakre, bilfrie Nordkoster anbefales på det sterkeste!

Det var fantastiskt god mat fin utsikt och en väldigt trevlig personal en av dom bästa frukostarna jag har ätit! mvh den stora familjen med 3 barn och 4 vuxna från Skåne
