Triple A apartments, very good service throughout 3 years of leasing an apartment. Nothing to complain until the end.Their exit service is abysmal, atrocious and disgraceful. 4 problemsProblem 1: they need to do a check of the apartment before you can handover the keys, that is normal. However they expect you to take a day off from work. I gave them 20 time-slots, spread over 10 working days, expecting that to be ok. They should be able to find a suitable timeslot, you would think. Their answer: we do not perform besiktnings before 10am and not after 1600.Problem 2: the man that performs the besiktning, was super rude, nothing like my experiences from before. I can still recall him saying here in Sweden we speak Swedish
