I had to use Western Union for Transfer money to Ghana, after i had pay with my Credit card they put my transfer on hold . then they send me information on phone number i had to call . The phone number was not working after 2 hours i got i call from Western Union Office asking me questing where the money comes even the money was pay trough my credit card , as documentation for my money i send them papers on selling my house . she demaned to see my income, she told me that they wanted to send me email where i had to put proof of my income even the payment was made with my credit card , I waited hours but there came no email from Western Union, so i deside to send them a email with transcript from my Credit Card . my sales on my house and a statment with my Salery . they did not replied of total of 6 hours then i cancel and used remitly instead they manage to do the transfer in 30 min.

I had a good experience. The staff was nice and the transaction was swift.The only problem was the location on Google maps is wrong. I suggested a change so hopefully it changes to the correct address soon.
