I showed a photo of a simple bob haircut, where the back of the hair is shorter and I also made it verbally clear I wanted it shorter at the back. The hairdresser understood but did not cut it as agreed. They seemed bored so perhaps were not concentrating enough. Of course I didnt notice the mistake until I was home. They were too rough with the hair brush against my scalp which was painful.

My hair is super uneven. I asked for a very simple cut. It's insane. Like, two whole centimeters difference in some spots. I was worried based on how she was hacking at my hair and for good reason. Avoid.
