Vi hade en jättebra köpsprocess med Christina för vårt nya fritidshus. Hon var vänlig, personlig och svarade alltid fort och på ett kompetent sätt. Det kändes givande att gå via en mindre, mer personlig mäklare än de kända franchise bolagen. Det skadade inte att de har världens häftigaste kontor mitt ut i ingenstans. Vi kan rekommendera dem.

I was interested in buying a house so I tried to contact them. first I tried mailing the responsible estate agent. Just copy and paste the adress in the mail program, but no respond. Two days later i tried the webpage emailing, which should reach the whole office, so not just 1 real estate agent. But no response. Five days later I tried the 3 mobile phone numbers from their website, I heard on the answering machine that two of them had vacation, and they all said I should ring the main number of the office on the fixed landline. I did, but still no one answering. I called during a weekday in the afternoon, so just normal opening hours.Just a tip: make the mail auto answer: let customers know in the auto answer mail that you are on holiday, and what the number is to call to speak to someone. Sellers do expect that their real estate office will respond to potential buyers, well...thats what they hiring you to do! Even in Holiday season you must have a basic service.Update,I mailed again and asked to answer the mail I did send. But I also stated that I would call the seller of the house, in a day or two, on his personal phone. I hate to bother the seller with my questions but if the estate office they hired does not respond there is not much else I can do. A few hours later the Skogs & Villamäklaren responded…At last a sign of little interest. In a very short answer they said they would call me on monday, its now tuesday, so thats next week.As a seller I think you would your real estate agent working for you, get buyers in, give them info, not scare them away.update 2:Today not a call, but I did get a mail where I got an answer on one of my question. The other question I had about Fiber, no answer.But the negative reviews on google, the bad experience I had myself are red flags for me to stay away from this office.
