Yoga Monastery

I have found a magical place with such a deep and subtle energy. the forest that surrounds it is magnificent. I have attended many meditation and yoga retreats in the Yoga Monastery and have met so many beautiful people. the welcome and the food were excellent. I keep so many precious memories in my heart but I will definitely be back soon.

Я дважды ездил сюда на ретрит, и оба раза был просто восхищен атмосферой этого центра. Духовность места просто зашкаливает, медитации там мощнейшие, люди - прекраснейшие, еда - вкуснейшая!! Несомненно, это - один из главных оплотов Добра на нашей Планете!

This is one of the most powerful places I have ever been to, because the vibrations of this place are upheld by the monks through their discipline and regular meditation since 1976. As soon as I arrived at the training center, I felt how silence began to fill my mind and an inner calm joy overwhelmed me. This place is not only suitable for the spiritual growth but it is also good for your body. There are beautiful lakes near the monastery, and we regularly went cycling to the one of them. Overall, I am very happy that I spent my vacation in such a place.

A unique place in the middle of the gorgeous Swedish forest. A great place for meditation, veryy inspiring retreats and just being around the people living there and guests is giving me much motivation and much hope for the future- their values of selfless service and self realization are put into practice in a very beautiful way!

Midsummer retreat in the Yoga Monastery was such a blissful experience this year. Seated in beautiful, pure nature with an intense and varied program that boosted our spiritual energies. Beautiful kiirtan throughout the days. Great food! Socially the retreat was functioning very well - a cordial atmosphere was created between the participants. I am already longing for the next retreat…. The attached photos was taken by Somadhara and shows the natural beauty of the place. I hope she does not mind my steal. I only used my phone to record kiirtantunes this time. Thanks to the organizers - well done! ❤️

Best place i know to come and supercharge spiritually. Every time I leave Ydrefors I feel full of inspiration and happiness.The place is simple but has a beautiful atmosphere. The monks living there are very natural, friendly and service minded, just being around them is enough to feel inspired. I would recommend anyone looking for a deeper insight into meditation and spirituality to go visit this place.
