CROWNING MAMMAS

I did the postnatal course for my 1st kid and and wanted to do the prenatal course for my 2nd, waiting for the postnal again :) i attended via zoom and it worked perfectly! I really appreciated the different themes/topics Vanina brought up at every session. The groups were small and allowed good discussions in addition to the yoga which could be adapted to our needs or physical condution. It was very nice to meet other new mamas in this isolating period! Vanina is serious and passionate about her work and provided very useful information which i had not been given by the healthcare system. She's also a fun and very friendly person to talk to and get advices from!

Vanina är fantastisk både som osteopat, massör och yogalärare! Lyssnar in och anpassar behandling eller yogaklass efter behov. Ger detaljerade justeringar på yogamattan och utmanar på individnivå. Med Vanina kan du känna dig helt trygg. Hon har mina varmaste rekommendationer och mitt fulla förtroende!

Me and my baby had a great time together. The course gave me a feeling of acceptance, appreciation and motivation. Its a warm and friendly atmosphere where you really feel as you can come as you are. Great topics for discussion of the experience of postpartum life with other mothers. Vanina is a calm and relaxed leader and she has a natural ability to feel the groups energy and need and adjust the program to it. She is amazing and you can feel her passion for the motherhood and the feelings both physical and psychological that sourrounds it. I enjoyed every second of it and I truly recommend the class!

En utmärkt kombination av brain & body(work). Hjälpte oss att förbereda både fysiskt, mentalt och i relation till varandra och gjorde födelsen av vårt barn till en otroligt stärkande och personlig kväll.

Vanina och jag har jobbat tillsammans som doulor och bollplank för varandra i livet olika skede och för våra projekter. Kompetent, lyhörd och underbar leende Vanina, vad jag saknar henne ! Örebro har mycket tur som har henne nu.....

Finding Vanina was such a blessing while I was pregnant. I was new to Stockholm and sick throughout my pregnancy and she not only helped me to feel so much better physically, she helped me mentally as well. She has such an amazing, calming presence about her, that I felt like I had been friends with her for years. I highly recommend her services to other mamas in need! I would be seeing her regularly if I hadn't moved back to the US!
