Great service from a passionate motorcyclist!

Contacted them very difficult to get a hold of very limited hours then when I finally did I made an arrangement to go out and rent a motorcycle and see the ones that were available and they insisted that I rented first on the website. Didn't make any sense at all I just wanted to see the different bikes so I could make a decision at the shop so I decided not to rent with them because they were so difficult and no flexibility. I can never understand why people go in business and then make it difficult for the customer to work with them.

I am extremely pleased with this rental experience. If you read and understand their website then you will know exactly what you will and will not get. You will not get a showroom to walk through or dozens of bikes to choose from. You will get to pick from well-maintained and solid rides though. I arranged my rental via the forms on the website, from the comfort of my chair here in the US of A.The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. They are focused on good service and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable with the gear and the bike itself. I have absolutely zero complaints about how I was treated or anything related to the experience. I will not hesitate at all to use this service again the next time I am in the area.
