This company is owned by the Social Democrat party, I am an elected local Church official from the Social Democratic Party. This company sold me a special offer lottery on my telephone after being told that I was not my wife who they specifically asked for. I never received a lottery but did receive a bill for the lottery because the company claimed they had sent the lottery to my wife's email. There was no record of any lottery having being sent. I then began receiving demands for payment of a continuation of the lottery in spite of specifically saying in relation to our complaint over not receiving any lottery, over the telephone, that I did not want a continuation and were considering not paying for the one lottery we did buy(I did pay for the lottery I received eventually). I receive SMS's on my Phone and my wife received a demand for payment by normal mail. I telephoned the company again(you need to be prepared to wait over 30 minutes in a telephone queue) and could not believe my ears when the person I was speaking to lied by saying that they have a request from my wife for the lottery. She has never been in contact with them in relation to buying a lottery--only to complain about receiving an invoice and no lottery. I think this kind of behaviour is fraudulent and criminal and a normal ARN report is not sufficient, I am going to make a Police report and write to colleagues in the social democratic party to see if the party stands behind such disgusting behaviour. A lawyer I spoke to also claimed that if there is more than one complaint of this nature the company could lose its lottery licence in Sweden. I am certainly going to investigate this.
