16.4.19 Very bad construction planning, bad respond from the company and untrained construction worker (in terms of safety). Two entrances to my apartment were blocked for construction. It involves 2 big tractors at both entrances. When I asked how to enter my apartment, the construction worker simply said, you can walk next to the tractor. Just imagine the big tractor (picture) is running, with no 2nd person supervision. You can see from the picture, 2 construction workers were there, but when this incident happened, only the driver present and the tractor is facing the other direction (not towards me). When I highlighted it's unsafe to walk beside the tractor when it's running, the worker said, you can shout. He's literally working over there, but he doesn't know how noisy the tractor can be?Then, I called the no at the website, the lady who picked up my calls directed me to his colleague who based in Malmö, unfortunately the call was not answered. Hence, I call the main ofc again, and the lady still refused to take my complaints, even though I highlighted to her that this problem is happening now and it's very unsafe. She directed me to his another colleague, but same, he did not picked up the call. Then, I called the main office again, but now the line is busy, wonder what's happening.UPDATE 19.4.19: Since I can't reply to their response to me on 18.4.15, I'll just update my review. After contacting them on messenger (16.4.19) on the unsafe condition, They're acting very slow, until I messaged them again on 18.4.15 when I witnessed a father and her daughter passing by about <1m away from running tractor with no guidance or extra supervision from the construction worker. One of the construction workers was constantly looking and checking up his phone.I called the site manager on 18.4.15 and he gave me the same excuses of 5 entrances. Yes, there might be 5 entrances on 18.4.15 but I live in the apartment and I'm very sure both entrances that I have were blocked 16.4.15. There's another lady that didn't know how to enter the apartment on the same day.But the point is, doesn't matter how many entrances you have if your workers are not well trained to handle safety issue, more safety training are needed. Somehow, Serneke was unable to convince me that they have trained construction workers. You should not look at your phone while driving but also when you're working at the construction site!It's funny that they highlighted that I'm the only person who complains. Are they expecting me to watch Netflix while I'm witnessing an unsafe act that can lead to accidents? I've done my part and if an accident happens due to lack of awareness by your worker, you should be blamed for it.

Dom tar inte ansvar för fel, skickar ut fel män för att rätta till saker, skyller bort alla misstag, och påstår sedan att dom redan gjort mer än vad dom behöver, trots att felen inte blivit rättade. Köp inte hus byggda av dem. Det finns andra företag som är mycket mer ansvarfulla och proffessionella.
