Nothing wrong, but nothing right either

We had quite a disappointing experience, especially with ironing services:most of the times we had only five items ironed within an hour! The cleaners did not understand the functioning of the steam iron even after multiple explanations(though obviously professional cleaners should know how to use equipment before they come to perform the cleaning). After one of the ironing sessions our iron got damaged. The rotation of the cleaners is very high, almost every time a new person was coming and we had to explain the details again and again. During one of the cleaning sessions, the cleaner was keeping the water running continuously for half an hour, and after confronting her, she did not seem to underdtand the issue and said that it could not be done in another way!After multiple complains we had to change.
