I had multiple one-on-one sessions with Steffie. I found her to hold a very grounding, completely non-judgemental, accomodating (and most of all) patient presence , which I felt was crucial for me considering the extreme amount of resistance I was holding in my physical and emotional body. Steffie was also very genuine; she often gave examples stemming from her own first hand personal experiences, and shared her own vulnerabilities which generated trust and relatability.I found Steffies approach to healing to be incredibly effective; bypassing surfacey symptoms that seem to be mistaken for the issues itself, alternatively going straight to the root cause of the issues. This has created within me the capacity for greater self awarness and feelings of being whole again, activating my own self-healing ability, and dissolving fear so as to move forward in my life making confident decisions from a place of calm and clarity.I found the techniques she used, combined with her wisdom, compassion, heightened intuition and her stable unwavering patience and presence is what I found to be most valuable. And through the exposure of these combined techniques and unique gifts, I was able to receive exactly what I needed and what was appropriate for me at the time. Sometimes the healing was immediate and spectacular, and sometimes a subtle process was set in motion.Highly recommend

Such a powerful modality & healing presenceI had the fortune to experience a few sessions, group and one on ones, with Steffie and the level of her ability to reach deep within the tissues of the body never cease to amaze me. in particular the first one on one was such a huge influence for me. I felt I had not felt better in my body since I have a conscious memory or maybe never? I could breathe better and so much of the tension within my body was released. I could feel at times emotions coming up for release. I could even feel a significant relaxation of my mind following that session. It is honestly beautiful.I recommend to anybody, whether looking to support their body working through any discomfort or even just optimising the body performance in sports. Truly amazing.
