Was renting from Newstay for a period that was supposed to be 3 months but ended up almost a year. Super service throughout, great responsiveness and most important of all - we loved our flat!

Worst experience I've ever had with an apartment rental agency. They were: charging a disproportionate enormous amount of money for the cleaning service of a 20 square meters apartment, claiming damages that were already reported in the move-in inspection, asking me to pay for things that were not even broken or touched and not even presenting receipts of the sustained costs. When asked multiple times to have the receipts they either presented invalid receipts or valid receipts showing that they had bought things we didn’t even agree on and that were not broken or things that were damaged but for a much, much more expensive price. You'll have to chase them or contact a lawyer to get the part of your deposit you're entitled to have back.In general: worst experience since I moved to Sweden.Very friendly advice I would’ve wanted to hear before all this: stay away if you don't wanna incur into troubles, waste time and money.

I had an amazing experience with New stay! I rented a lovely apartment for 1 year in a great location in Östermalm, and everything was very smooth. The staff was always friendly responsive and professional and I didn't face any problems with them. Even when I had an issue with the electricity once I emailed them and the problem was taken care of quickly. Highly recommended for everyone especially if you have just relocated to Stockholm!

Vi har hyrt flera lägenheter från Newstay till våra konsulter under en flerårsperiod och vi har alltid varit supernöjda, både med lägenheterna och servicen vi har fått från Newstays personal. Kan inte annat än varmt rekommendera Newstay om ni behöver företagslägenheter till er personal!

If you don't wanna go through any headache and you want to deal with professionals, then New Stay is the right fit for you.I stayed in a furnitured apartment for 10 months and it was pretty pleasant. They were very responsive to any queries/issues I had.

I had a really good experience with New Stay. I got a long term contract in a good located appartment in Hornstull for 3 years.I just finish my contract by the end of june, and everything was very smooth. I give them the keys and they arranged the clean service.
