Very disappointing experience, wouldn't recommend it at all:We went to this restaurant on Midsummer evening when it was one of the few places open, so it was a bit busy. We were waiting for a table, and when we told the waiter that we would like to have dinner, he went inside and didn’t say anything.After the third time of asking for a table, we finally received one.We had to wait an extremely long time for the menu and then to place our order. A group of four, who arrived at the same time as us, finished their food and paid while we still hadn't received ours.After almost an hour of waiting for the food, the waiter came and asked what we had ordered. Clearly, he hadn't placed our order and never even apologized.We also ordered a cappuccino with the food order, and the waiter responded by becoming very rude and complaining that he was very busy.We received our food two hours after sitting down. Everyone else who came after us had already gotten their orders. The food was good, but the whole dinner experience was very unpleasant.

We went there with two picky eaters and had a wonderful time. Our waiter was super attentive! The service was top notch and the food quite decent. Reasonable prices. Overall an excellent experience, would recommend.

Jaa... inget fel ~så~ på maten men själva stället känns lite.. trist? Som en restaurang i en mindre stad som försöker vara cool och trendig men som misslyckas. Tycker Primo Ciao Ciao behöver uppdateras lite för att få vara med i matchen!

Utmärkt och mysigt ställe vid Nytorget. Otroligt goda pizzor, mycket bra service. Fint ställe rent allmänt. Rena toaletter. Mycket trevligt bemötande, var här så sent som igår kväll. Skulle kunna tänka mig att besöka igen redan under mellandagarna. Rekommenderas Stark!!

God mat, bra service och mysig atmosfär. Min oxfilé pasta var jätte god men hade velat ha lite mer kött istället för svamp i. Var lite trångt och stökigt i matsalen när det blev fullsatt.
