Don't recommend at all. She is very arrogant and unprofessional I ever came across. She don't even know how to talk with the customers. I said that she made my eyebrows too thin even after me saying not to and she started shouting at me Don't tell what to do and how to do

Bad experience, she is rude , don’t know how to talk politely or at least normally and think she knows better than the customers what they actually want . Don’t care to ask to customer if they are satisfied with the service or not ! Arrogant that she is the only Indian providing this service .

Jag känner salongen i några år. Jag brukar fixa ögonbryn med tråd, har klippt mig och gjort ansikt behandlingen. Jag är mycket nöjd ,, det är prisvärt . Jag är glad med mina ögon bryn formen .Det går fort där,Duktig och kunnig Roopali.

Hi, I was here today at the parlour for eyebrows, this lady was in a hurry. I informed her two times only to remove extras. She didn't do it properly, also didn't even ask me for adjustments or was it okay at the end. Very bad service, she is unprofessional, Poorly qualified. I wouldn't not recommend anyone for this kind of service.

Had really bad experience. There was a miss communication and she behaved a bit rude in that moreover she asked for FINE(first time I heard fine in parlour) for not getting facial done. Personally what so ever business you do , even if you ask for fine your attitude

Avoid Rupali's services if you value your health and well-being.been going for waxing and threading to Rupali for four years. aS mentioned in other reviews: she's always in a hurry and not all too friendly.However, booked her then for hair colouring. she said to use a product from L'oreal. But: probably she didn't. I got a horrible allergic reaction from the hair product, which wasn't performed well either: no result , no grey hair coverage and hair colour (see picture 2)When I asked Rupali for refund due to health (I got very sick from the allergic reaction -picture 1) she commented: are you crazy? After a few discussions I realised: she was not going to take any blame for what happened.If you value your health, and wellbeing, recommend not to use her services. Price might be low, but she does not take responsibility for her actions and services, nor provides customer service (half of them she has no idea how to do them but still takes it) and she does not value relationship. Even after monthly visits for 4 years, she calls me crazy after showing proof of how her service has effected me.on Picture 2 you can see that the hair wasn't dyed at all, and you can see I'm having a fever while having an agressive chat by Ms. Rupali.

Very arrogant. You Should be more polite with your customers if you want to run a good business. She made me stand near the door and spoke rudely as I was 10 minutes late. Has no manners at all. Please remember miss Roopali customers are not your slaves. Please improve on your business etiquette.
