Best Western and hotel

We stayed in Stockholm for 3 nights, and choosing Best Western & Hotel was a great deal.The hotel has several room types to choose from but the only available ones were the small ones. Can't say this would be my first option, as I like large rooms, but it was comfy enough to get some rest at the end of the day.The breakfast was very rich and tasty. There was an AC that you couldn't turn off, doing a terrible noise the whole night. Also, what I think was a smoke detector on the ceiling, emitting flashing lights regularly.The noise isolation is non-existent, you hear what happens in the other rooms/the corridor.Maybe I'm overly sensitive to these sounds and lights, but nonetheless, I could just sleep a couple hours every night ...

Type of room: double bed with no windows - 2 peopleOverall, a very good hotel and definitely recommend if you are looking for a cheap price and a base to go to.Pros: Free breakfast, good size wash room and good shower, good size bed, very friendly staff, good room temperature (even with no windows) very clean rooms and general hotel good size bedroom, good location (in the city centre so close to shops, food and public transport).Cons (but because of personal taste): Breakfast can be a little limited if you aren't into the cooked breakfast but was very nice, bed was a little hard, it was quite noisy in the mornings as we were on the city size of the hotel. Would have been good if their bar food menu included a lot more proper meals but understand why it isn't.Also, not sure if this is the same for every room and if they only just added it, but we had a curtain to cover the wash room so we still had privacy, which we were thankful as the wash room door is definitely see through without.

It is ridiculous, a room for two and only glass walls to the toilet? What were you thinking? Extremly small rooms, no view at all... The room was the worst i have ever experienced in my life. I will never stay here again.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. Located in the very center, 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station, right next to the metro station. You can walk everywhere. A 15-minute walk to the old town square, the island of Djurgården is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Location in a safe area, close to many shops.The hotel service deserves the highest rating possible, very friendly, smiling and helpful people.The hotel itself is extremely clean, the rooms, although small, are designed in such a way that everything can fit in them. Every centimeter is used. The room itself is brilliantly equipped - it's hard to believe that in such a small space there is a fully equipped, modern bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing board and iron, desk, TV and a very comfortable, large bed.If your flight is later than check-out time, you can easily wait in the comfortable guest lounge, where you will find newspapers, books, games, or you can order a coffee or a drink at the bar.One of the best hotels I've stayed in while traveling.

Ett standardhotell som fungerar helt okej för övernattning. Helt och rent. Dåligt bemötande av receptionist i övre medelåldern drar ner betyget rejält. Dock bra bemötande av yngre receptionist.

Något som kan vara bra att veta är att rummen är väldigt små och dom flesta rum befinner sig under markplan. Dvs inga fönster.Passar bra för gruvarbetare.

Nice little hotel with a great breakfast and nice bar. Rooms are typical small European style but still a great place to stay. Area around hotel is beautiful, within walking distance of many things. Hotel also has a nice lounge area to relax if you want.

Efter 6 månaders boende så säger jag supertrevligt hotell, väldigt serviceminded personal och baren är helt outstanding! Rekomenderas varmt, både som boende och som en svalnkande drink på språng.

Upon arriving at the hotel in Stockholm, I discovered that their ventilation system was non-functional. When I voiced my concern, the hotel staff provided me with a small fan as a temporary solution. However, the room allocated to me is exceptionally cramped, lacking any windows, and overall challenging to endure or get restful sleep in.Excuse was given as “ As per the destination norms, generally most hotels in Scandinavia have limited or no air conditioning facility is offered”. This was booked for 4 nights and pre-paid. When I wanted to move out, they refused to give us the full refund. Then, I have asked for a room with a window as I can have a fresh air even at it was given a at a cost again. Truly disappointing to see the behavior of the Hotel. There is a representative called Nilusha and she was very rude when I asked to check whether payment is received for the upgrade but later a nice person called IDA has helped to check and make the change. I am staying in this Hotel from 27th June, 2023 to 1st July,2023. My initial room number was 311 and new one is 818.
