Bored staff, they pour less beer than ordered (you have lines on a glass and they pour less with foam). Lousy service.

Ritazza au terminal 2. Très pratique lors de notre passage à l’aéroport d’Arlanda comme notre vol a été retardé. Les divers fauteuils sont confortable et l’ambiance coffee Shop, tres cosy. Content de trouver un bon choix de sandwiches et le café est tres bon.Merci pour l’accueil.

Dreadful! Avoid at all costs!The pastry is stale.I asked for a fork for my carrot cake but they didn't have one.I asked and paid for black tea just to learn that they didn't have black tea at all!On top of all these we paid 188 SEK for two pieces of bad pastry and two cups of WRONG hot drink.

Super expensive for what it is.There was one guy and one girl. The guy didn't stop making mistakes with the guests (taking double payments, taking bad the orders and not been profesional at all). The girl was kind and trying to fix everything as there was a super big queue of guests.I paid 105kr for bad coffee that they had to do again because I paid extra for oat milk and they did it with regular milk as they guy wasn't communicating with the girl.I felt super bad for the girl to be working in this atmosphere and angry guests.

I agree with the others that the prices are a bit on the expensive side. But I had a good experience with the man at the counter. The vegetarian food was also pretty okay.Nothing much to complain.
