Horrible airline. In october last year, we were flying back from Portugal and have to transfer our flight in Brussel to Brussel Airline (BA) unde were home in Stockholm.But the plane broke down and we have to find a place to stay overnight. No, problem. We got a flight next day.Then we have the compensation. This was handle by my partner who was responsible for all the expenses. We sent in receipt and flight information to BA and they told us they will compensate us.Somehow, the send our compensation to the wrong bank, due to they entered the wrong BIC-number?!! The money is somewhere, but not in my partner's bank account.BA refuses to talk to us anymore, because they told us that they have sent the money. If this is true, they can verify this by checking with the bank, but they choose not to do this. We lost a lot of money due to this trip and their failure.In my eyes, Brussels Airline is a scam-company. I do not recommend anyone to use them. Find a real airline company instead.

Worst ground service ever... Last week, I complained about the handling of the hand luggage, this week I have to report the handling of the luggage. On my flight back from Agadir to Copenhagen, my luggage got lost... It can happen but what is not supposed to haopen is that no information is given nor by the agent at the airport called Aviator or by the airline itself over the phone... 24 hours have passed since this happened and by the time I am writing this, I don't know much more... I had my luggage once lost on my way to Ethiopia and Lufthansa handled that perfectly in less than 24 hours... Brussels Airlines and their agent in Denmark Aviator can't handle that and I live in Gothenburg, less than an hour flight from Copenhagen... Brussels airlines have an impeccable service on board but once in the ground, the service is one of the worse I've ever experienced. It's not the first time i fly with Brussels Airlines but definitely the last.

The staff are more interested in talking to each other, in a very high level, than serving the customers.

Worst ground workers in Gambia

The greatest mistake of my life was to have booked this airline from Cotonou to Sweden on the 20th of August 2020.After checking my luggage in and issued a boarding pass, they denied me boarding for no reason and refused to refund my money. I had to book Ethiopian airline the next day to Arlanda airport Stockholm.Maybe, I received such treatment from Brussels airlines because I'm an African.
