Called yesterday and asked for help/price with some simple aquarium lids, as I have a bit of an emergency, it needed to be quickly done. 6 squares, simple cuts. Was offered a price and told to come in during opening hours between 7-8, to make sure there where people in the shop.Came in today, 7.30. (Which apparently also is the opening time, not 7) - and the guy straight up refused I called, and claimed we never spoke, refused to make the lids and told us he didn’t have time and sent us on our way.What an unprofessional way to deal with customers, do not recommend.
