Gọi điện thoại cả tháng trời, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, cố gắng gọi các giờ khác nhau nhưng không thể liên lạc được, email cũng không thấy hồi âm. Website quá tệ, giá dịch vụ không niêm yết công khai.

Giờ mở cửa là từ 9:30 đến 12:00Mah từ thứ 2 đến thu6 để phone đổ chuông cả ngày vẫn không ai trả lời máy??? Tiền thì nhận mah không làm việc giải quyết giấy tờ trả lại người ta là sao???

Horrible experience. They spoke no Danish and almost no English. Because they didn't listen to us and we trusted they knew what they were doing, they ended up making a mistake on the visa application which meant that when we came to collect our visas they were wrong. We had to come by this place 4 times to finally get our visas. At least the trip was great, but if there's another way for you to get a visa, don't get it here.

Website is absolutely horrible. Very slow and has opposing information depending on the actual sub page you visit. When getting a visa it said online to bring enough cash, but nowhere how much it costs, nor that when actually at the embassy they asked if we wanted to pay with card. Has different opening hours depending on where you look as well. 2x visa cost us 1000 dkkr.

Hvordan kan det være at jeg skal sidde i telefon kø i 1,5 time uden at vide hvor man sidder i køen eller om man faktisk sidder i kø. Det eneste jeg har hørt er den samme sang igen og igen. Så irriterende.
