Very disappointing experience renting from Renthia. As mediator" between owner and tenant

När en person ser en annons tror han att det är rätt plats. Och de erbjuder bara 13 lägenheter för Stockholm.. Blocket är tusen gånger bättre

If possible, I'd give this site no star at all. The website is pretty user-friendly, but the whole application process is shady and messy. You can easily find yourself applying for properties that, despite being listed on their platform, are not really available (as per their own email reply to some of my questions). Moreover, even though they expect (reasonably so) a lot of transparency on your end, as a potential tenant, in the form of info about your ID/pay slip etc., do NOT expect the same on their end as they will freely remove your applications for a property without even bothering with explaining to you what may have happened (e.g. the property is no longer available, or the landlord has found a better fit etc.). I'd seriously avoid this platform if I were you.

Blev nyss vräkt efter att ha bott i bara tre månader trots ett tolvmånaders kontrakt enbart för att de vill sälja min lägenhet nu. Hur tänker dessa människor när de gör såhär mot folk som nu går utan hem. Skitföretag

I have lived half of my tenure renting places across Europe. Although Renthia provides good quality apartments at safe locations and nice neighborhood but they eat your security deposit despite tenants taking very good care of the apartments. I and many of my colleagues have the same experience. If you are ok to stay in a reasonable descent apartment with facilities slightly above average quality and want to save money especially your deposits, then Please AVOID Renthia. They are plenty of other options. Only consider Renthia as a last temporary solution for a very short stay. You will still lose your deposit. They even don't communicate why they deducted your deposit.I am overall not happy with Renthia and won't recommend it. If you give some time and do a little more research, you will find better options and a better contract

I do not recommend anyone to rent from Renthia.The apartment I got did not match the description, it was disgusting and everything was damaged and worn out, while I paid 6900 SEK a month. I had to clean the apartment for hours as it was so dirty, while the cleaning fee for students is 1925 SEK. It’s important to read the contract carefully, as the cleaning fee is mentioned at the bottom of the contract and you have to pay Renthia an amount on top of the total rent each month.A day before arrival I should have received a code to get my keys. However, I had not received this code and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. The hall of the apartment stank, there was mold in the bathroom, there were brown spots on my mattress, there was an insect in the kitchen drawer, the TV and heater didn’t work, I received no towels, and the coat rack and toilet roll holder were unusable due to the damage. The laundry room was disgusting and probably has never been cleaned. The fire alarm also goes off weekly at the most inconvenient times, requiring you to stand outside for an hour.I sent numerous emails to Renthia asking for help, but they kept ignoring me. It wasn't until I didn't pay my rent that I finally got the minimum help after a month.Now that I have finally moved out, I didn’t receive my full deposit back, because they deducted the currency transfer fee from the amount to which I am entitled. This should be up to Renthia to pay and not me, but again I’m being ignored.

Ok company, but they put also sort of extra cost on you when you are leaving.
