Incredibly supportive team! Could pick up my rental car on a day where nearly no rental cars were available on very short notice. Got even a ride back to town when I returned the car.Tusen tack!

If I would have other choice I would use different car rental. I paid double price for car rental because of refueling the car. Ať the desk they offered the 500sek and took deposit of 1000sek and at the end I paid 900sek. If you have other choice eg. Avis, please do that.

Hertz Skellefteå airport do not meet the standards you are used to if you have rented with Hertz elsewhere. I was sent out to inspect the car and when I returned to report the cracked windshield the employee had left. Be advised that you must fill up at the closest gas station in Skellefteå (there are no gas stations near the airport) to avoid a penalty, one liter more will cost you. Other rental companies in town are better at answering phone calls and emails.
