Applied for re-issue of my passport which was expiring within one year. Experience at the embassy was quite seamless. I entered the embassy at 9:55 and I was on my way at 10:05. For re-issue of the passport, I had to submit some documents which were verified at the kiosk. Officials at the embassy were quite nice and helpful. I applied for the re-issue of passport on the 13th of October. Will edit this review when I get the new passport.Edit 1: Got my passport in 6 working days.

Service - Renewal of Indian Passport by PostThe website had all the necessary information. The whole process was quick and timely status updates were provided via e-mail. They even reached out to me by phone to rectify a mistake I made in the form :)The police verification was done in India within a week of applying and I got my new passport in less than three weeks!

Excellent service to deliver my documents on time for my travel . They are pretty slow in responding to emails and calls, which can be frustrating as an applicant. May be they are under staffed. But when they answer, they are spot on with all the responses and are willing to help to their best. Thank You for the wonderful support.. Really appreciated!!

I had a good experience in embassy of India today.I booked an appointment for submission of documents for reissue passport.Receptionist and Documents verification officer are so professional and kind.I actually forgot original passport but they asked me to submit at 4 PM without hesitation.I am so impressed and thankful such a politeness, understanding and friendly nature.

Very incompetent persons at the embassy . I have applied for my son passport renewal .after every 2 week they say they some document. It have been 4 times i have send post and still continuing . Also it not published in the website what are the documents are needed

It’s always a positive experience with staff and supportive staffing team. You can use washroom’s in embassy. One public washroom/toilet is available right side of Embassy office or opposite to Gamlastan T-bana station. Embassy office is 5 minutes walk from Gamlastan T-bana(metro).

Terrible and worst.Whenever i call them it will take forever for them to pick as i am in Queue no1 for almost 6 hours.. Can you imagine being in Queu no 1 for 6 hours and that too to have a 5 mins conversation.They dont reply by emails as i am waiting for the reply for almost 4 days and decided to call them and the above is the agony.I think they just get salaries but they dont work at all it is like government companies in India.I want to give 0 star but it wont allow hence this 1 star

Terrible,Terreible, Terriblewas waiting for renunciation certificate, even 3 weeks after application submitted no respond, if we try to call no-1 in the queue for hrs forced myself to disconnect the line many times ( one day i waited like 2 :30 hr) and no resond for the emails. are they really working there? is embessy exist there?never expericed such bad experice in my whole life.. hope this will open up responsible peopls eyes.

Shitt!!!Just a ridiculous and worst service ever….9:40 at morning! Nobody was at office… !!!Its a embarrassing Embassy…!Staffs was so lazy that they don’t want to work…everyone came late…Incredible India!
