Budget Biluthyrning Stockholm city

Bokat bil långtid nån månad innan semestern och fått alla bekräftelser. Sen ringer dom 4 dagar innan jag ska hämta bilen och säger att dom inte har nån inne så får ingen bil... 1 stjärna är en för mycket. Under all kritik!

The car was quite old and used for a rental. Price was ok though.BUT: when picking up the car I noticed 5 unregistered damages around the car, in fact very visible ones!Make sure to check the cars in and out!

We will NEVER use Budget Car Rentals again. We hired a car for just over three days in August this year. On pick up we were given a car that had not been cleaned. A filthy pasta spoon was in the boot of the car. We told them on drop off but we could clearly see they did not take that on board.When picking the vehicle up we told them we wanted to drop off at a different location then the pick up location. They charged us 2,298.86 SEK on our credit card at the time of pick-up. Once we returned back to New Zealand we discovered that they had charged the credit card 3, 840.48.I queried this in a phone call to them and the customer service person told me to get back to me. A week later we received an email stipulating that the extra charge was correct due to the fact we dropped the car at the airport instead of the city office. This is a 67% increase from the original amount. Its totally shocking and I would advise anyone that is thinking if using them to check and re-check the rates.We travel to Sweden on a regular basis and I will definitely NOT use this company again.Extremely disappointing!!Ward and Marita McAsey

Avis and budget operates under one umbrella here. Pick up was okay. Took some time. return was a nightmare. The gas indicator was just slightly below last tick, and it took me half an hour of traffic to go get gas, since the nearest was impossible with some dumb event going on that shut down roads. Took really long wait to return car because there’s only like one counter guy.

CAUTION!We were charged with faulty claims about a 10mm damage" that we did not cause. Had to call main office twice

While picking up and returning the car seemed to be pretty easy and the employee who handed out the car was very friendly and uncomplicated afterwards they tried to make me pay for a damage which I did not cause. It seems to me that there is no real communication between the employees. I am going to avoid Budget (and AVIS) in future!

海外からWeb予約で初めて利用しました。言語の不安がありましたが、接客は(営業時間外の返却方法に関する説明など)素晴らしく親切です。利用料金は安く、自動車の状態も良く、大変満足しました。なお、営業時間外の返却用駐車場は離れた場所にありましたが、支障無く返却出来ました。

Very nice service. The only issue, lacking a normal parking place...but it is the very center...
