This studio is amazing - we came during a holiday weekend, and our instructor led us through a great class that mixed fast flows with some slower, more focused stretches and chakra meditations. Super clean and beautiful spaces, high-quality mats/pillows/blankets, and a spacious room for coats and shoes. Hope to come back soon!

Ayäm is an amazing studio with incredible teachers and facilitators. There is a wide range of classes including yoga, breathwork, KAP, sound journeys, among others. The classes are powerful, healing, and transformative. Highly recommend!!
