Seemed straight forward at first and left the flat in original condition, even dusted and hoovered! Then was hit with an absurd 17 hour cleaning bill. Have they scrubbed every inch of a small unfurnished two bedroom flat with a tiny toothbrush to result in 17 hours? One can only imagine the business that goes on.

I have stayed in beautiful apartments for more than 1 and half a years. I told them about two cabinets doors and I was told that, it was a not big issue. Still I was charged too much for that.When I inquired about the reason for that heavy charges, I haven't got any reply from them. It is more than eight months and I am still waiting for their reply.

My boyfriend was sent an invoice with heavy charges on broken items two months after he moved out. During the move out inspection everything was fine the things they said isn’t working now was working fine. They are also really slow at responding and rude.

The apartments are nice, but it is kind of far from the city, however there are a lot of buses passing around.The only problem is if something happen with your door code and it is not business hours, forget, you will be locked out side.

They sure make good for the name, such a beautiful apartment! Everything was there that I needed and so proffesional. Highly recommend this agency.

I stayed at a Studio Apartment in Orminge Centrum, Boo. Willys, Coop and Liddle are closeby. Nacka Forum Mall is a few stops away. The place has scenic beauty with many lakes closeby. The apartment is quite spacious, neat and clean. Due to COVID, the biweekly cleaning service was suspended and didn't resume even when other apartment service providers resumed theirs. Washing machine service can be improved. The repairman was friendly, helpful and readily available regarding apartment issues. The location is far away from railway station and has only bus connectivity. Would recommend this place if the distance to City center is not a concern.

My experience with Beautiful apartments was not good. They charged relatively high amount for move out cleaning and put few extra changes in invoice like cleaning staffs transportation , parking , cleaning material etc which they do not mentioned in agreement . I will strongly say that read agreement terms and condition very carefully, understand hidden terms and condition properly try to find out hidden condition, get it clarify and modify before signing agreement other wise you will end with paying too high amount during move out.

I cannot recommend this company. Apartments itself are good, but client relationships, especially after moving out, are terrible. Agree with the previous reviews. While you are actually renting the apartments, they are very friendly. Once you moved out, they will bombard you with unreasonable invoices (like cleaning the 30sqm unfurnished flat for 15 hours and caretaking" services = thousands of SEK after moving out)."
