Excellent customer service and knowledgeable friendly people.

It is saddening to put this rewiev up as I have always thought this company was honest and good.Here is what happened and keep in mind, this review is mainly in hopes that the company can improve rather than stirring up the pot. I aim to be a honest reviewer and as one I need to share my true experience here.After sending some ammount of money to our family in iran we understood that it might take 3-4 days, at worst up to a week.Now 3 weeks has passed and yet no money has arrived and the money needed to be there on that day. We contacted them and they promised to reach out to me the next day which they did not. I called them and what I recieved as an answer was that the persian banks have a limit on how much money they can move daily which did not sound right to me.I contacted the bank in Iran and spoke to them about this and they said that there is no way that is true. I have also spoken to many relatives assuring this is not a issue.I can not guarantee this. And this is nothing but a theory. But I believe that due to the circumstance in iran merex aim to maximize their profit by keepinng the money and sending it to the bank with a higher rate and if that is the case then I am very sorry to the people using their services.If that is not the case I would appreciate if at least you could be honest and either say that you have forgotten to send the funds or be honest with the time it takes to send it so we people have the option to send the money through another company or decide if we still want to use your services.Again the last part was nothing but a theory But I can say that 3 weeks is nothing someone should accept and as a company it is your duty to inform if the time it takes to send the fund exceeds the time you have promised. 3-4 days and 3 weeks is very different.I hope you can imrpove your services with this review.

These guys are the absolute best for exchanging cash to cash. Never going to Forex again!

Väldigt dålig service. Skickade pengar med andra exchange bolag flera gånger förut och aldrig haft någon problem. Jag skickade pengar med merex för 10 dagar sedan och motagaren har inte fått den än.I början Merex sa att det tar 3-5 dagar max. Nu säger de att det är banken som behåll pengarna men det är inte sant. Kollade med min bank i iran och andra exchange servicer och de sa att det finns inga problem alls. Det borde inte ta fler än 3-4 dagar. Vet inte riktig vad de håller på,

These are the the most incompetent and stupid people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Firstly, they offer poor exchange rates. When I tried to exchange the new bills my bank issued me, they claimed they couldn't take one because of some tiny discoloration on the top corner of one of the bills. Do yourself a favor and avoid these morons.

De siger hver gang du kommer her til vores kontor i københaven. Husk at jeg skal komme med kontanter, Hvorfor skulle jeg komme med kontanter. Når her er eksisterer banker. De siger Damen til mig, frodig Iran er under sanktioner.!!!!????? De svindler og er total korrupt.

Tar inte kort, bara kontanter när jag var där!

Växlar inte in Kuna (kroatiska pengar) fast Europeiska centralbanken säger att man skall kunna göra det hela 2023. Så mitt råd till alla, använd kort i största möjliga mån så dessa företag försvinner.
