American Airlines provides the best service, the best prices, and the best flights! The best agency out there is this one!My access to the most amazing cruises enabled me to get where I needed to go. There is no agency better than this one!

Our flight was delayed; no reason was given, causing us to miss our connecting flight, then a horrible experience trying to find a flight in Frankfurt. We ended up being booked into a hotel and had to try again the next day. It was horrible until the next day; A worker, which seemed like a manager there, after listening to our situation booked us straight into the next available flight and also sorted out our luggage problem. This is the reason why I am leaving a 3 star review rather than a 1 star because I wanted to emphasise there are still workers out there who genuinely care about their customers.

l always use Lufthansa to get tickets for me and my family.They are always reliable and have the best prices. I once forgot my wallet at home, but they were able to hold a flight for me while I ran to get cash, which saved the day!

I called Lufthansa this morning as the travel agency we had booked through had cancelled our outbound flights as we had asked for options to rebook some of the passengers - without confirming any rebookings.The cancellation was clearly an error and Lufthansa took swift action and reinstated the tickets within the hour.It was very easy to contact them and I got hold of some competent people who assisted in sorting this mess out at no extra cost. They also provided written and verbal confirmation of the process.This is as good as customer service gets. And the moral of the story is to never book through 3rd parties but directly with the airlines even if it costs a bit more.

I flew with Lufthansa last week and they have a great service.The check-in counter was very comfortable, the staff was nice and they didn't have any delays in the flight. I also appreciated that they had a lot of food options on board. t was a pretty long flight and there was no need to buy anything. I will definitely continue traveling with them in the future!

Very well, we have checked in some free suitcases so as not to overload the luggage racks of the plane. They gave us a Sandwich during the flight and on the layover flight they gave the children a gift.
