Yog Temple är ett bra ställe om du vill förstå och leva alla aspekter av traditionell Hatha Yoga. Leni och Nipun är fantastiska lärare och atmosfären är avslappnad och utmanande på samma gång. Det här är ett bra ställe att utveckla en solid grund för din resa till yoga. Jag rekommenderar verkligen.

A place to experience!I felt so much mind pressure this year and I felt my inner energy unbalanced. Within few days of getting Leni's and Nipun's vibe I was able to release, relax and go deep in yoga and meditation practise. I will continue the process and move on with their teaching.

Authentischer kann man in den yogischen Lifestyle nicht eingeführt werden. Wer denkt, Yoga findet ausschließlich auf der Matte statt, wird hier schnell herausfinden, dass dem nicht so ist. Nipun und Leni bieten einen perfekten Cocon um ganz weit weg vom Alltag zu erproben, wie sich Yoga ganzheitlich leben lässt. Natürlich bekommt man auch das komplette Rüstzeug beigebracht, das man braucht um ein/es brauchbare/r Yogalehrer/in zu werden und künftig Schüler sicher und professionell anzuleiten.Ich möchte die 3 Wochen auf gar keinen Fall missen und kann mich nur noch einmal für die Zeit, Energie und Liebe bedanken, die in mich investiert wurden.

I had a wonderful 3 weeks at YogTemple. The ashram is amazing as are the facilities, the food is great, the course was run very professionally with a full schedule and a great balance of practical and theoretical work. Most of all Leni and Nipun are what make this course special. They live and breathe Yoga, so the phrase practice what you preach" really applies here. I have felt very welcomed and valued by Nipun and Leni during the Yoga Lifestyle Retreat. The daily activities were very well guided and made me feel like I belong at all times and that my needs and wishes are understood and integrated. I highly recommend this retreat to everybody looking for a holistic yoga experience.

I recommend this place for everyone who seeks an authentic yogic experience. I have been in several yoga schools (in Sweden) but YogTemple is the most authentic place, and you will learn yoga in traditional way from two passionated teachers who support you all the way.I appreciated their dedication and all the time and support we got during the whole stay. Nipun is a really serious teacher and pushed us to our limits. I really appreciated Nipun’s teaching skills he was very strict but yet humble and patient with all of us students. In that way we could develop our practice to the fullest.Leni made us nutritious and tasty food it was always beautifully presented. You can really sense that Leni cooks the food from her heart. Her passion and joy for food/Ayurveda inspires you to follow that tradition and nurture your body and soul.This is a life time experience and definitely worth the money. You don’t need to come to India for an authentic yogic experience, this place in Virserum is easily accessed if you live in Europe/Sweden.I am forever grateful for this experience, so thank you Leni and Nipun for all your love and support.
