It is not possible to get intouch with a human when you need one at Husquarna. I have a rear tine tiller from husqvarna and need parts and can not get anyone to help me find them I can't even find the tiller on their site. From what I understand it is hard to get parts you can find. Wish I had never bought this machine.

Last year, I bought a Husqvarna lawn mower from Edipesa, expecting a reliable and efficient product. Unfortunately, the machine had multiple malfunctions, leading me to request warranty service three times. Regrettably, the level of service I received from Edipesa was extremely poor.One major concern was the significant delay in repairing the lawn mower. Each time I submitted it for service, it took an unreasonably long period, stretching into weeks. Frustrated by the ongoing issues and Edipesa's failure to address them, I had to take legal action and filed a complaint with Indecopi in Peru.I am pleased to report that as a result of the legal proceedings, Edipesa Husqvarna has been fined $13,000, in addition to legal fees. What surprises me further is that despite reaching out to Husqvarna Worldwide through Instagram, where they promised someone would contact me, nobody actually did. This experience sheds light on why local representatives may behave similarly if the headquarters act this way.
