Loumee

I engaged with Loumee to run a competitive puzzle game for our leadership cohort.It was a high-energy experience that encouraged our people to think creatively, collaborate to solve problems, and quickly understand and establish individual roles within the team dynamic towards completing the exercise.The puzzle was fun, but the reflection session following the puzzle was the real value-add. Being asked to think about the leadership archetype we most aligned with and how that helped or hindered our ability to solve the puzzle was illuminating to say the least.Highly recommend Loumee if you want to engage and challenge your people in their professional development journey, in a different way.
