You guys don't pick up calls why? I have sent my daughter passport för renew is almost 7 months now nothing happened i already paid everything online.

my position in queue was 1 and yet nobody attented to me for almost 2 hrs and the line went dead. if you know you are not going to answer the phone why then do you say your telephone answering hrs are from 10-12. very bad service

My first time visiting the embassy. I really appreciate their fast and professional services. Very friendly and perfect customer relations. Great job and big thumps up to all the staff.

I called for enquiries and it was fast but my emails are most of the time not replied to. I visited the embassy and even though the process is slow and takes time, I was still attended to and got the help I needed. I must say the reception is very small and it gets crowdy sometimes. But thanks to staff, they're really understanding and helpful. To applicants especially Ghanaians in Sweden, my advice is don't book a return ticket especially those that go with trains or buses as the time at the embassy could be long.

Was very disappointed at this embassy. Called the consular service section, was on a queue for over an hour, just when it was my turn, they cancelled my call. Why? Do you know how much am going to pay for phone bill for that amount of hour?. Please be serious with your profession.

This is the worst service I’ve ever been through. Very rude, very slow, and not helpful at all. They need to figure out how to work more effectively.Very disappointed.
