Bathrooms rarely cleaned, toilet paper restocked once a week maybe - I don't think our 4 day stay was hygienic.

A good hostel to arrive in Uppsala. Individual rooms are just ok, very small but enough for an emergency., Clean and a great location, in front of the river, view from the room.
