Really bad client service, not solution oriented and plain off rude service assistent Josefin Berggren who implies that I'm just fishing for new free tickets when I kindly asked if I could come back to see the room that I missed (which would take no more than 20-30 minutes exagerting). I'm in no way looking to see the virtual exhibition again (in that case I would buy new tickets). There were no signs (or very poorly signed) and it wasn't very intuitive as to were the exhibition started and ended. In all museums and exhibitions I've been to the staff always explaines which way to go, where the tour start and ends etc, here nothing of such kind was said. Since this was a birthday present I just saw the part that I missed afterwards, otherwise I would've asked right there and then. We came in from the same place that we entered (and we werent the only ones). You could think that the staff would react and told us that it wasnt the exit, if they weren't so busy checking their phones. Unfortunately because of a matter that could be easily solved I highly doubt that I would recomend this event planner to family and friends. Fortunately there are other virtual exhibitions and in this time and day with all the competition I don't think it's worth loosing lots of potential clients over a tiny misunderstanding like this, that could've been easily solved.
