We have done a few classes at Vattenhuset with our 3 year old and are extremely disappointed with our latest experience. The classes are overcrowded with the children getting minimal attention. There should be less focus on profit maximization and more focus on quality of service. The 2nd star in the rating is only due to a reasonable experience in the past. However, the quality seems to depend on as many parents signing up and subsequently giving up/not bothering to come any more to improve the student teacher ratio.

Nöjd med vår instruktör Veronika och innehåll på kursen.Ett av våra 10 kurs blev kansellerad och skulle flyttas till ett annat datum, men detta hände aldrig. Jag har skickat flera mejl utan att få svar. Vore bra med lite större omklädningsrum! Lite för dyrt till att jag vill rekommendera för bekanta tyvärr.

Vi är väldigt nöjda. Rent och fint ställe. Instruktören Muhammed är toppen - vår dotter har lärt sig massor på 4 tillfällen.

Extremely disappointing. The place is way too crowded and it really shows that they are trying to profit maximize - it feels like a cattle market at changing times. The rooms are ridiculously small and overcrowded and they feel dirty. The pool is in a basement so it doesn't get much natural light and depending on the size of your class there's no one on one time with the instructior. Not worth the money at Östermalm - I have heard at least 4 other people from my group saying they have or will complain to management about the issues. While we were there workmen were also working above all the parked prams meaning all the babies' prams and stuff got dusty!
