Customer service needs improvement.My fiance and I were in Westfields Täby 3 weeks ago looking to buy a Proxis bag 50x23x26 and a laptop bag.We went to the store and we were in there for a good 20 minutes. We opened the Proxis hand luggage and the Samsonite female laptop bags to examine them in person as we wanted the engraving also. All our luggage and previous laptop bags are Samsonite as we think your products are amazing quality! We spent a lot of time going through the bags ourselves with no assistance. The gentleman did come from behind the counter to within 2 metres of us but when I turned, he stopped to pretend to tie his shoelace. We were dressed appropropriately and I did try to make eye contact with the staff multiple times to see if we would get any assistance but we never seemed to be acknowledged.Maybe it was because we were speaking English and the staff are not confident in English, which is totally understandable. However, my fiance speaks very good Swedish so we would have managed had we been approached.We prefer to give money directly to local business' rather than online, however, we have now bought the Samsonite Proxis online from Samsonite and the Samsonite bag direct from another retailer in Stockholm, meaning the shop missed out on 5700kr because of the above.The range in the shop is good but it was just all quite awkward to be honest.

Urusel kundservice.Lämnade in en nyinköpt kabinväska som gått sönder.Butiken vägrade ge mig ny väska och inte heller fick jag pengarna tillbaka.Istället skickades väskan på rep. som nu tagit 2 veckor och ingen väska är i sikte.Mycket dålig service. Handla inte på Samsonite i Täby.

Proffsigt bemötande. Enkel och okomplicerat köp av väska. Extra plus för att de laser-graverade vårt namn på väskans draghandtag utan extra kostnad. 5 av 5.
