We bought a parking ticket as described by all those signs for the ticket apps and still got a fine. We literally parked in a meter distance to a sign which says which apps to use and that you just have to buy a ticket with them and also when booking the ticket in the app there was no hint or information about that you need a special permission to park there. This really destroyed our experience visiting this city.
