Cancelled our flight 7 months ago and it is not possible to get in Contact with them. Have requested a refund but they never answer…….for 7 months!!!

Terrible costumer service, it's almost impossible to book a pet. I've been calling like 15 times, they hang up 6 times, and I've been waiting to get in touch with them around 2 hours, and nothing. And the only way to book a dog is by calling them.

Avoid this airline, alot of delays and theier customer service is useless. No replys in one month when it comes to claims and refunds

I am a little surprised with all the negative reviews, though I've had no experience with their customer service. Recently flew 2 flights with them & was so surprised with the onboard service. A free bottle of water, free sanitiser packet, free sandwich & free snacks. The toilets on board were very clean.

Do not fly this airline! Delayed over 24 hours to my destination and put my friend who payed for a ticket on waitlist and she couldn’t get on. She missed the flight and her wedding the next day. Terrible service except for literally one semi-decent person. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and it’s obvious the airline doesn’t care about the content of their passengers.
