Dóttir Hot Yoga Sydhavn

This was such an amazing class for my first experience. A warm and welcoming space that provided everything and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived as I have nit done yoga in a very long time. The beginner class was not too hot and I felt this a good way to start my hot yoga journey. Followed by and ginger shot and a lovely facilities. I would highly recommend this yoga studio.

I am new to yoga and this was a great experience! Really helped me ground myself after a hectic week, and a great activity to do in Copenhagen. Beautiful studio and facilities by the water.

After a year of searching for *the* hot yoga studio for me in Copenhagen, my search came to an end when I moved to Sydhavn. My experience has been nothing but positive. First, classes are taught in English, not a must for me, but definitely a positive. Second, the range of classes offered is amazing. Third, I've enjoyed each teacher - down to earth, attentive and challenging!

By far the best yoga experience I have had. Staff are lovely, facilities are great and all round an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend!

Best hot yoga in Copenhagen. The atmosphere is so, so calm and relaxing. And hot yoga is just the best form of yoga as it allows you to go deeper into the stretches. For someone who is always cold during winter it’s really nice that I don’t have to struggle with the discomfort of being cold during yoga.

I've been member of the studio since its opening, but in 2020 I decided to sign up for the Yoga Teacher Training that Dottir offers and it was one of my best decisions ever!Not only that I deepen my yoga practise, but I finally was able to begin my career as yoga teacher.The first part of the course happen during Danmark's corona lockdown, but the teachers manage to carry all of the zoom lessons with high level of proffesioanlism and positive vibe.When we were back in the studio, the training continue even better!All of the teachers were dedicated to the teaching process and gave their best in order to support us, to answer all of our questions and to guide us to the right path.Definitely recommend!

Wonderful and welcoming experience as a drop-in. I am from the states, and love this studio whenever i come to visit my sister in copenhagen. Plus the rooms are HOT.. best heating system you will sweat

My friends and I had a great introduction to hot yoga at this studio. Lovely facilities, friendly instructor and we enjoyed a refreshing dip in the water afterwards too! Would highly recommend.

They have tweaked everything to be perfect!! The teachers are highly experienced, they really use their voice to guide through the session. I feel completely immersed in the studio which is not too big but also not too small. At the end of the class we get frozen hot towel placed on our face which feels so refreshing and a juice shot by the reception. There is also a possibility to jump in the water and cool down after the class. It is not the cheapest hot yoga studio but definitely worth it, when everything is so perfect as what Dottir has created ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
