Mycket trevligt, bra standard och trevligt bemötande. Nära centrum och kommunikationer, rekommenderas!

Väldigt mysigt hus med en liten uteplats och kvällssol. 2 sovrum på övervåningen med bra sängar. På nedervåningen 1 soffa och en säng. Fräsht och välstädat. Handukar och lakan ingick. Värden var välidgt service inriktad och svarade snabbt på alla våra eventuella frågor. Läget är bra. 10 minuter till Liseberg att gå. Ca 15 minuter till Ullevi. Bör dock tänka på att det är kuperat. Uppförsbacke hela vägen hem på kvällen.Rekommenderas starkt! Kommer definitivt hyra igen om vi är ett gäng som ska till Göteborg

Having spent one night in this house, the following can be concluded:It’s a nice two story house located in the backyard of a much bigger house, presumably belonging to the owner of both houses. It’s an old house with fittingly chosen vintage furniture. The kitchen is fully functional with an oven/stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge, a coffee maker and all the equipment you need to prepare every meal of the day. There is also some complementary condiments, presumably left here by earlier guests (be sure to check expiration dates). That’s a big plus.The bathroom has, apart from the usual toilet stuff, a shower and a washing machine.In the living room you will find a fully functional smart-tv with a chrome cast connected to it. The selection of channels is rather sparse, and according to the description Netflix seems to be included, but on closer inspection it’s “bring your own account”-included – i.e. the functionality is there if you have your own account. If using your own account, don’t forget to log out.The two bedrooms are located on the second floor, and you will have to make the beds yourself. This must be considered if arriving late, and especially if arriving late with children. Considering the price, one would suppose such service is included, but no.The cleanliness of the place is acceptable, although the stove and some of the kitchen utensils were below an acceptable standard. Since house guests (supposedly?) do their own washing up, the state of the utensils and kitchenware is forgivable (the dishwasher seems to work if dishes are not too dirty).The location is perfect, and so is accessibility. Street parking works just fine.In terms of service it would be nice with some form of welcome and a quick introduction, but this is something an independently minded and somewhat self sufficient guest can do without.
