Firma Oddcoll miała zająć się ściągnięciem długu, ale przez prawie 2 miesiące zrobili... NIC.. Pisali wiadomości i wysyłali e-maile.Nie dotarli nawet do informacji, że po miesiącu ich działań firma ogłosiła upadłość.Straciłem czas i prawdopodobnie szansę na odzyskanie swojej należności od holenderskiej firmy.

The agency in the US consistently misunderstood the case / terms of the invoice (I eventually gave up explaining). It took 6 months for them to get round to contacting the debtor, who refused to pay and the agency closed the case. The whole point of using a debt collection agency is to get debts from debtors that don't want to pay...

Absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs, this is just a waste of time. For an invoicing in USA, they gave the case to an american company which was absolutely incompetent and which knew nothing about invoicing. Just a waste of time and energy.
