Rex Hotel

Perfectly located only a 20 minute bus ride from all the major tourist attractions I can't praise the hotel enough. The (single) room was small but furnished to a standard far beyond what I'd expect for the price I paid (roughly £66 a night). Breakfast was always on time and of a high quality and the free-wifi faster than I expected, and that's before I get onto the bed.I'm one of those people who always has problems sleeping in Hotel beds, not this time. not to hard, not to soft, in the words of Goldilocks Just right. I've already recommended the hotel to my Father who is passing through Stockholm next month.

The hotel is with very good location in a quiet area and close to the city center. It is only on 2 stops from T-Centralen on the metro green line.The rooms are very clean and tidy.

Nice place. Although the rooms are small, it is enough to sleep and rest. Moreover, it has private bathroom. The breakfast of the hotel is fantastic

We arrived early before our room was ready. At 3pm our room wasn't ready. An older balded guy at the reception didn't treat us very nice. While I was asking regarding the room he send me away while another guest arrived to check the other guest in and after I've complained it didn't get better. We ended up canceling the room and went to another hotel and nothing was done to keep us or saying at least sorry for the inconvience. I would not recommend anyone to book that hotel.The breakfast area where we had to wait wasn't very clean and modern, the service of the reception wasn't very polite and the location of the hotel is not very optimal for visiting Stockholm neither. I hope the owner will talk with the person at the reception we had to deal with on May 5th in the afternoon (the staff in the morning was okay), but nobody offered or tried to priotize the cleaning of our room or anything. A simple sorry" could do wonders

The Rex is a small, relaxed hotel with very friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Our room was fully equipped, the bathroom was rather small. The location is good, close to the center and with easy access to several buses and the metro. The inner courtyard room was very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Very good hotel with excellent value for money. Good location, prety close to the center of things in Stokholm and close to a subway. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Single rooms are small, but if you don't plan in staying in the room much, you wouldn't mind.

We experienced a very unfriendly, disrespectful and neglectful attitude of the staff. After waiting hours for the check-in, we decided to change the hotel right after our room became available. We do not regret this.
