All who were at work showed a positiv work ethic. They were willing to help. I was in fornt of the embassy 30 minutes before opening time how ever they welcomed me, gave me a place to sit and even offered a cup of tea. For all of those who give a bad review I would like to say prepare your self before you visit. I have called them a week in advance. Got my documents ready and everyhing went very smoothly.

Excellent and friendly staff, with genuine Sri Lankan hospitality; we visited for our kid's passport renewal. they were kind enough to offer some tea.

Very disappointed!. Had to use their service for passport renewal. They do not reply to emails. When calling no one responsible will not answer the phone. Only office helper will answer the phone. Last time I called he said since there was an event held on last week they could not sign the document to send it to Sri Lanka. What a pathetic excuse was that!. They simply don't care. It was more than 1 month since we submitted the application and paid. Would gave 0 stars if possible

Very disappointed about this place. No one is responsible. Have written so many emails to the embassy and also to the embassider" haven't replied. We are waiting almost 1year to get a Srilankan passport. Really shame on the people working in this place. Even if we call they do not answer calls. Have so many bad experiences with this place."

Visited here on 26th of Jan to get some of my documents certified. Got it done without any hassle. very friendly and even offered me tea.You need to book an appointment but even without an appointment they would help you out but priority will be given to those who come with prior appointments which is not unfair.

Bad service! Don't know who hired them. But they don't speak English! Very hard to communicate. They do not reply to emails. I am gonna report it. Because they are not helping tamil people with renewing their passport because they are singhalese.
